In early November the owners of Creative Approach, a Savannah area printing company, announced its end of the year permanent closure:
"It is with both pride and heavy hearts that we announce the closure of Creative Approach after 20 amazing years of serving the Greater Savannah area, Atlanta, and beyond. From our humble beginnings in 2004, operating out of a small garden-level apartment on Tattnall Street, we’ve grown into a print shop that became a part of Savannah's creative heartbeat. Over the years, we’ve built lasting relationships with the local community, businesses, and SCAD students, providing printing solutions for your projects both big and small. We are incredibly proud of the bonds we’ve formed, the friends we’ve made, and the countless creative journeys we’ve had the pleasure of supporting. Whether it was helping local businesses bring their visions to life, assisting SCAD students with their academic work, or simply being part of our customers’ day-to-day lives, every interaction has shaped us into the company we are today".
The last day decided.
After their initial announcement of their company's end of the year closure, a date was set as their last day in business. Friday, December 13th.
Customers scramble.
With time running out, Creative Approach clients scramble to get their orders in before the closure and wait for their projects to be completed.
Closing earlier than announced, leaving clients abandoned.
Clients reach out to Creative Approach but find themselves unable to reach anyone at the company. Doors locked, lights out. Panic ensues as many customers were expecting their projects to be managed by their now former printer but are literally abandoned without a clue to how their projects will be completed.
