Already placed an order and want to pick it up?
Completed orders may be picked up at The Print Shop BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, as our location on Mall Boulevard is operating only as a production facility at this time. The retail or lobby area is closed. If you have not yet placed your order yet, see below for a link to contact us to get one started.
Appointments may be made up to three working days in advance for your convenience. You will receive an email reminder a few hours prior to your appointment time.
Prior to scheduling your appointment, please:
Ensure your order is ready for pick up. You should have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org stating that your order is completed with an attached copy of your invoice with balance due. If you have not received an email yet, please do not make an appointment at this time, instead contact your account representative.
If your invoice has a balance due, please contact your account representative and submit payment using a credit card prior to your arrival.
* Please ensure you will be able to make the appointment time selected as a representative may make special arrangements to meet you at the designated time.
