OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE
The Print Shop team is focused on the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers. We strongly support the efforts of health officials and government leaders that are working to contain the spread of the virus, and have implemented these precautions throughout our operation:
We have prepared ourselves to respond quickly to developments that could impact our operations, leveraging the considerable insights we have received from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and smart government officials.
We are closely monitoring the ongoing public response to this situation in our community, assessing how any guidelines may affect our employees and customers, in order to minimize any disruptions to customer work.
We have obviously increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing procedures at our production facility.
As an essential business, we have remained operational since the pandemic began, never missing a beat. However, we have had to change the way we interact with clients in order to maximize the safety of our employees and clients while making efforts to slow the spread of the virus. Our Mall Boulevard shop is now operating solely as a production facility and is currently not offering walk up retail sales. Instead, we have implemented other ways in which clients can place and get their orders in their hands (i.e. online orders using client portals on our website theprintshop.net, via email correspondence and of course by phone). As always, we are accessible to our clients in person, while observing proper social distancing, using a high level of sanitation and with all parties wearing face coverings. For convenience, meetings are also offered virtually utilizing products such as zoom, etc. All client meetings, whether in person or online, as well as order pick ups are by appointment only. And we have minimized the use of our delivery truck and have increased the use of shipping methods to distribute goods to our clients.
Amid the disruption and uncertainty of this difficult time, we truly value your business, and we appreciate the trust in us that every order represents. ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
WHY THE LOCKED DOOR? We have discontinued our retail “open door” operations for the foreseeable future until we determine it is safe work more closely with the general public. However, we are still in business and producing orders for our clients, just differently.
HOW TO GET A QUOTE OR PLACE AN ORDER? Clients may request quotes and place orders online, via email or over the phone as our staff will remain operational.
I NEED TO MEET, HOW? We recognize some projects cannot be explained over the phone or over email, so customers are now able to schedule either an in-person or virtual meeting with their Print Shop account representative by appointment. Simply contact us and we will provide instruction on how to schedule a meeting.
HOW DOES MY COMPLETED ORDER GET TO ME? Completed orders that are not shipped directly to our clients may be picked up by appointment. Once your order is complete you will be emailed a link to schedule your order pick up appointment.
